These Glass Raspberry Earrings feature my handmade glass red raspberry beads hung on Sterling Silver leverback findings for added safety. The berries are accented by green Czech firepolished crystals. Like real raspberries, each has a translucent quality with a soft surface sheen. Every cell of the raspberry has a slight vertical indentation. These beads are hand-formed one cell at a time in the flame of a torch from colored glass. As a result, the color will not rub, flake or chip off, and no two raspberries are exactly alike.
I make raspberries in a both red and Fall Gold varieties. The other colors can be seen on the Raspberries Page. To keep the earrings light in weight, I normally use raspberry beads that are about 14mm high. However, I can make them as large as 16mm or as small as 12mm if you prefer.
