If you would like custom-made beads or a piece of jewelry, the
first part of the process will be discussing it with Elizabeth. Please
leave her a voicemail or send an email to
orders@elizabethjohnson.com describing your interest. Make sure
to provide a telephone number and times you would like to be contacted. She
will call you to discuss the specifics of the work and give you a quote for
price and delivery timing.
Typically, after finishing your piece, we can provide an image so you may see it before it arrives. |

Payment can be by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or money order for immediate delivery, or by personal check for delayed delivery (wait a week for the check to clear). |

We usually ship in the lower 48 States by Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for $5. If you want package tracking or for Hawaii, Alaska or international shipments, we can ship by UPS Ground or FedEx and email you the tracking number. We can also ship to you on your own UPS or FedEx account. In every case, we will email you an ETA. Please provide your delivery address and telephone number when you place your order. |
